Extended Veteran Base Access

Davis-Monthan Air Force Base will welcome authorized individuals with a Veterans Health ID Card (VHIC) beginning January 1, 2020. This is in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019, Section 621.

Once base access requirements are met, eligible veterans may access the following facilities:

  • Express/Gas Station (2)

  • Commissary (3)

  • Bowling Center (4)

  • Boneyard Vista RV Camp (5)

  • Arts & Crafts Resale (6)

  • Lodging (7)

  • Community Center Dining & Stripes Cafe (8)

  • All Restaurants

  • RV Storage Lot

Inaccessible Amenities

Services/facilities not previously listed are off-limits.* This includes, but is not limited to:

Medical & Pharmacy Services**, Legal Assistance, Fitness Facilities, Outdoor Recreation, Auto Hobby, Pools, Skeet Range, Childcare, Airman & Family Readiness Center, Education Center, & AMARG “The Boneyard”.
