Manpower & Organization

The Manpower & Organization office manages manpower authorizations, workload measurement/validation, and continuous process improvement initiatives for the 355th Fighter Wing. Manpower assists units in understanding their Unit Manpower Document (UMD), how their manpower is earned and how to make changes through Authorization/Organization Change Requests (ACR/OCR).

In addition, the M&O office oversees deployment planning data for operational, contingency and exercise scenarios. Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Airmen Powered by Innovation (API) are programs managed by the Manpower office that focus on eliminating waste in daily processes and elevating innovative ideas of Airmen at every level.
